CRM integrations and custom customer management solutions – contacts, deals and the full communication history in a single place. Most companies do not need another large system, but a link between what they already use, so records are not retyped by hand.
Two possible directions
The first is connecting an existing CRM to the shop, invoicing or internal systems so customers, orders and communication line up without manual transfers. The second is building a custom solution when the process is so specific that an off-the-shelf CRM would be used at a tenth of its scope and worked around with spreadsheets.
What it usually includes
- A single customer record with orders, documents and contact history.
- Deals with stages, owners and deadlines.
- Email integration so communication is attached automatically.
- Segmentation and exports for marketing without hand-built lists.
- Permissions defining who sees which data and who may change it.
What not to forget
A CRM is only as good as the accuracy of its data. So the design also covers duplicate contacts, record merging, required fields and what happens to a customer who asks for their data to be deleted. Without that, after a year the system holds three versions of the same company and nobody trusts it.
We can do the integration without replacing your current CRM – often a cheaper route to the same result.
Frequently asked questions
Is a custom CRM worth it, or should we buy one?
If an off-the-shelf system fits most of your needs, it is cheaper to use it and add integrations. A custom CRM makes sense when the process is so specific that you would work around the packaged system with spreadsheets and notes anyway.
What about exporting data if we later decide otherwise?
The data is yours and must always be exportable in a usable format. We build that requirement in from the start – including the relationships between records, not just a flat contact list.
